Microsoft Office Tools

Download this file from Microsoft to convert new MS Office 2007 files to the older format.
New MS Office 2007 files can't be opened with older versions of Office because the programs can't recognise the file formats used such as .xlsx instead of .xls.

The converter program is 27.5mb and will take a few minutes to download on an average broadband system.
Please note this program won't run on Win 98/ME or earlier. It needs Win2000, XP upwards to run.
